1. I just hit Onederland this week and am super excited to explore!
2. I am 199 from 224 on DOS 2/20. I am so glad that we have similar stats, it is very encouraging and comforting
3. You are doing fantastic, love to hear the success!
4. Am 2 months out and am down 20 lbs since day of surgery. Getting smaller all over though the scale gets stuck and goes down in spurts. Down 45 including pre op losses
5. Yes, sometimes there's little squealing noises and air burbles coming out afterwards. I can't avoid it but luckily my Ofc mate is a young male that makes similar sounds, with no qualms so we just say excuse me and carry on. Thank goodness
6. It is hard NOT to be a food addict whether you are fat or thin. Food is life. Very few people are indifferent to food and eat solely for life sustenance and not flavor, social, and deliciousness in your mouth reasons. It reminds me of how babies become attached to their bottles and most go through a giving it up stage which can include lots of tears but yet they move on and have lives beyond their bottle
7. I have always been known as a slow (but steapdy) eater and I still have to slow myself down and chew more. Hardest thing is to wait between bites
8. I was also sleeved on 2/20 also and am at 207 from 224 on DOS. My doc said 10 per month so I figure only 3 more to go by 4/20. Remembering that really helps me keep the "only losts" to a minimum.
9. I was sleeved 2/20 and am down 25 lbs from pre diet and am at size 18 from 24. Ready for more...or less actually
10. Beautiful beaming smile and WHAT a difference all over, amazing job done!!
11. Bald is usually much more attractive than balding, horrid comb overs etc
12. I was sleeved 2/20 and am Ginger slowly but steadily. Have lost 25 including pre op and 17 since DOS but am down two pant sizes from 24 to 18 today
13. I am 5 weeks out and moving from purees to softs. I have been able to eat 1/4 c. From beginning and up to! 1/2 c. Now and was wondering if I was eating too much. I've only had slimes once and no throw ups but I don't undereat my sleeve but have been contemplating it. Thanks for this post, I feel better and more normal. Well, normal as possible
14. I ordered one bottle but felt nothing so did not order after it was gone
15. B.A. Calcium chewable 2x B.A. Iron chewable Trader Joe's chewable multi Trader Joe's sublingual b6/b12/colic acid D3 Biotin
16. Not sure how the invites work but i am requesting one. Sleeved 2/20 was 224 DOS now 207. Was stuck for two weeks and scale just started moving. Trying to be rational and patient and keep doing what I'm supposed to
17. You look like your daughter dressed up in your clothes, so much younger looking! I love that you are wearing your before clothes, SO smart
