Mine started at 2.5 months & I'm 4 months now.....this is what came out just this morning! Remember everyone is different. Some people barely lose while others lose a lot. I'm not one of the lucky ones!

My hubby likes the shirataki noodles, I do not! The texture when you bite into it is really weird. I've been eating zucchini noodles for years.... DELISH! Sent from my iPhone using VST

My surgery went smoothly & I felt great! Went in at 6am & came home around 12:30pm, I was an outpatient. Never had any issues with nausea, vomiting or gas.......I was pleasantly surprised!
