    Getting over it...

Lets just say this has been a week of hell. And nothing feels better than food. I've completely fallen apart and seem to want to munch on something every 2 hours if not earlier. I hate turning to food when I stress but I can't control it.

weight loss after band to sleeve

Hi I had my revision Dec. 11, 2012 I've lost about 50 lbs My LAPBAND had moved up to my esophagus and had started heart complications. I was very lucky to have figured it out after years of trying to adjust my band and couldn't keep Water down until past 1pm. I am very happy with my decision. I love my sleeve. I've stalled sometimes but I believe that's normal. My nutritionist recommended I start liquids again. I've noticed sometimes I do get back into bad habits if I don't have my food planned and ready to eat. I have a very busy day usually on the go and I tend to fall off the wagon and then hate myself for it. Today is a new day and I plan on trying to do my liquid only day.

    Getting over it...

I've been going through it a lot lately. I just started trying to time myself so I don't keep on eating. I'm a stress eater. As soon as something goes wrong the hunger kicks in. I'm also having a hard time drinking Water.

    PCOS

Hi It took me 4 years also. If you were In LA There's a great DR who would be the reason I have 2 beautiful girls now.
  9. I had my band placed 6/6/06 it had slipped to the middle of my esophagus and was causing heart complications. I was hospitalized 11 days and the drs never thought my band would cause it. After being discharged I asked my dr to send me for an upper GI. Long story short My wonderful Dr. Removed the band and converted to a sleeve the same day. Surgery took 3 hours and it was the best decision of my life. My Dr was George Mutafyan in Glendale CA. He's a wonderful surgeon and I'm very happy with my sleeve. No more stuck feeling and heart rate over 125.

    Please be honest...

I am totally addicted to the Atkins advantage cafe caramel shake. It tastes great!! Made with real coffee. Even add it to decaf iced coffee sometimes if I feel tired. 15g protein but I love it as a treat sometimes if I'm craving something sweet. I was a huge coffee drinker and now this would probably be the only one I really love. I can't finish a cup of regular coffee anymore. I uses to have up to 11 cups a day before.
