    If you are craving sweet, melt a piece of chocolate in your mouth, dark chocolate is better. But don't deprive yourself to that's all you think about. Just have it but don't make a habit

    Maybe go to the doctor and get a Xanax prescribed to you - a low dose to take the edge off. The first month for me- 2months for my fiancé, we were very nasty and on edge. Just a bicker for no reason but I'm better now, and so is he

    I had my sleeve a month ago on December 17- the incision that hurt the worst was the large right bc that is where he pulled my stomach out, it will get better within 2-3 more days but the soreness from that incision may last for another week. After my second week, I was a lot better. Very tired so take it easy!!
