Yes I'm 5 weeks in and I drink but don't chug bc of the air - but just drink normal - you can use a straw - my doctor said its fine - carry a bottle w you- I'm a huge fan on crystal light peach iced tea of green tea peach mango - take your drink everywhere - you'd be surprised his much more you drink. I'm 32.5 lbs down and I still sweat like crazy. I getting my iron regulated because it was low but I was a sweater before and still am. I can't wait for it to stop!!!! - it kind of gets embarrassing when I'm in stores, teaching, in the grocery store etc.- Upset.
