  16. After my 3rd week post op, I started feeling upset that I wished the weight would come off quicker. But I lost 32.5 lbs in 1 month exactly from my surgery date on December 17, but I guess my breakdown was that I'm going through so much, I'm working so hard at my new me, I felt like I was not noticing an "amazing change" and other people haven't notice or just don't compliment. I was thinking I'm being selfish and psycho about it since, I have been just trying harder with this diet because it takes time. ( I wish the weight disappears instantly) Another hypersensitive note: I'm feeling a difference now 2 weeks later from my breakdown. The compliments are here and there and the attention feels great. The weight loss isn't for other people but everyone deserves the attention and compliments on your performance.
