Another Texas girl here.. so all you Texas gals rally 'round cause it's gonna take a whole lota wrangling to get me through my first three weeks. I am 12 days post-op and feeling great- no nausea, pain, vomiting, etc...
The only problem is this liquid diet and trying to stay focused on my goals and not the chicken broth!!!
I will admit that I have cheated and taken a few bites of things that are not on my diet plan... I feel so guilty.
Hoping/wondering if I have ruined it already????
Please help... I am very insecure- I feel like I'm in over my head. This is harder than I thought it would be.
