  1. Hmm, do you think my cellulite will magically disappear with the weight? I'd love to wear a bikini, too! LOL
  2. just because you know you shouldn't eat the brownies doesn't mean you don't crave them. I think that's what she is struggling with.
  3. I always made chili with ground beef cause my husband loves it, but I didn't care for it. Yesterday I made it with turkey and it was really good! Who knew! LOL
  4. Great! I'll try it soon. :-)
  5. Are you talking 1 or 2 lbs or 10? I bounced up and down by 2 lbs for several days. But if you've gained a lot, call your doctor.
  6. Sounds like you'll do great. I had a lot of anxiety before my surgery, but the night before and morning of a calm came over me. And everything came out just fine. It will for you, too!
  7. Good luck you guys. The first 2 weeks are the hardest. If you have any concerns, just ask!
  8. My intestines have been more sensitive since surgery, I have frequent intestinal cramping, sometimes with diarrhea, but not always. Maybe your cramps are a combo of uterus and intestine?
  9. Look for my post titled Good info / Good articles. It has tips for reducing belly fat. Good luck!

  11. It's hard to train your brain to go go from eating a full plate to only 1/4 cup. I seem to instantly from not quite satisfied to uncomfortably full, and I'm not eating fast. If you figure it out, let me know! I was sleeved on 12/5 and still struggle. There's nothing easy about life after surgery!
  12. Different grocery stores carry different types, but I find it in the veggie section near the bean sprouts. If you have an Asian market you might have better luck.
  13. 5 1/2 wks out and still tired. To be expected with drop in calories.
  14. Thatcs awesome! The eating/drinking will get easier. Be patient.
  15. Don't pay attention to what everyone else is losing. It'll drive you nuts. We have our own journey to travel on. And BTW, I was sleeved 12/5 and have only lost 20. But I'm ok with that. I figure averaging 2-3 lbs a week is very healthy!
  16. Let me know how they are. I haven't tried them yet.
