  1. 44 lbs. down! I am definitely a slow loser, but a happy one. Congrats to all!!
  2. Hang in there girl! I can see how gossip could affect you in a negative way, but you will get your chance soon enough! Im sure the hotties are fantasizing about you too. Good luck!
  3. SQUATS! Do them as of your life depended on it!
  4. Im 3 months out and I can take big pills but I dont like to. I found 10,000 mcg biotin in gel caps that are super easy to swallow from Nature's Bounty. All my other vitamins are chewable or gummy.
  5. I am doing cardio 2 times a week and weights 3 times a week. I am doing Gold's Gym body transformation. I dont follow the diet they gave me but the program turned out to be cheaper than getting a personal trainer. I have flab on my arms but I am determined to tone them without more surgery. Make the sacrifice! Excersize will become your best friend. After you discipline yourself to go for the first week, you will find that it gets easier and you will even miss it! Trust me, I never thought I would be one to motivate someone into going to the gym!

  9. Hey all! Just wanted to share a pic of my progress. I was sleeved feb 12 and have lost 40 lbs. but it feels like I have lost sooo much more that that. I was at a size 18 and now I am between a 12 and 14. Wearing medium tees!
  10. Wow Johanna! That is awesome! Your pic is AMAZING. Im down 37 lbs. Im a slow loser but a happy one!
  11. Maybe you have been preparing for the worst and it wont come to that. In any case, I think you should do it fast, and not give them time to come up with smart ass comments... Like "Hey guys, Im having weightloss surgery. Keep negative comments to yourself and if you have any questions, Google it." Like waxing... One fast tug and its done. Best of luck!
  12. I slept on my back for atleast 4 weeks. I got terrible back pains becaise of this. What helped was putting a BIG pillow under my calves so my legs would be higher than the rest of my body. Good luck!
  13. I read that for some people the anesthesia makes their hair fall out. From month 4 out, you would lose hair due to a vitamin deficiency.
  14. Nope! Ive never thrown up either but my incisions took sooo long to heal.

Hi Ladies, I read an article saying that when we lose hair 2-2.5 months out its because of the anesthesia.... Hairloss due to Vitamin or protien deficiency is at month 4. Just wanted to share that!
