I am having trouble getting water and Protein because water seems so thick.

Did anyone drink G2 or power aid zero during stage two liquids?

Did anyone have softserve sugar free ice cream in stage two liquids?

I would not buy a lot of any one item. My tastes seem to have changed a little.I am now very aware of sodium in foods most Soups tastes way too salty.

What is your favorite foods and proteins in stage two liquids? The protein I bought before surgery now tastes horrible. I also am not liking chicken anything.

I am finally getting sleeved February 19. Woo hoo!!!!!!

I am a bigger guy and most weight circuits allow you to adjust the seats, bars and seat so most machines can accommodate everyone. If you do not like the weight circuit at the gym try some free weights at the gym or buy yourself some dumbells to use at home or you could even use milk jugs and fill them with water, just about anything will work.

I have Aetna insurance and I am wondering how long they take for final approval. I have did my three nutrition visits, three exercise specialists visits , two education classes. I am still waiting on a final date so I can do my final class required by my doctor. For those of you that have Aetna, after your doctor sent the final information, how long did it take for your approval?

From the time I started it now has been almost six months so far and my surgery is expected to be the first week of February. There are a lot of steps that need to be taken. There are mandatory classes, a Psychological evaluation, exercise classes and nutrition classes. There are tests that need to be taken. It is a process to see if you can loose the weight on your own. Hang in there It will all come together.
