hi Debz I'm Joanne and i was banded on the 14th may and i would never turn the clock back i love the band and shes a great best friend always their for you even when you have a few ups and downs , as long has you work with the band its a very good tool to have to help with weight loss and remember that your weight didn't go on over night so don't expect it to come off over night . My mum and 2 aunties and cousin have also had the band done and not one of them regret having the band done . good luck Debz with your banding journey you will never regret it . joanne xx

foxy that's meant to be a great hotel and they will pick you up from the train station and take you to the hospital to , the pancakes are meant to be really good when you have your last super i could get into that hotel . have you been on the gastric band forum that most of Dr Focquet patients go on

hi foxytri theys nowt wrong in that eating all your favorite thing you go for it . how are you getting to Belgium and where are you staying

hi all and welcome to the losing side to help with the trapped wind try having peppermint cordial it really helps but have before food and not after as it isn't as effective on a full stomach

hi sirusman hope your feeling ok and not into much pain , if you suffer with wind try drinking peppermint corial it works wounders
