When can you take vitamins?

When can I start taking my vitamins? I will do the chewables, 2 a day. I would also need my calcium and B12 pills.I had surgery on Monday, May 14. I have been looking thru all my paper work and I dont see where they wrote about my vitamins. I hope they would make me feel a little better per I have been really weak and lightheaded. The protein shakes are not helping a whole lot. Any advise? Thanks

Joanna

Hi Joanna:

You should already be taking them, in my opinion. I have taken chewables (Flintstones - lol) from Day 1 and I take calcium pills by cutting them in half and sipping them with Water.

I was told to get the Vitamins in from the start.

Good luck.
