Be prepared to get a new wardrobe several times

I mean I have have a small glass of soda as long as its over ice and I've no problems . I'm 9 months out

This has been rough between 6 days in icu to this recovery is no joke but overall once I'm back to 100% it will all be worth it still have some swelling and pain just where the remaining drain is (left is out) right is still in and bleeding around 40-70 ml a day
Overall I'm so excited went from almost 400 pounds in 4/5x shirts down to and XL and slimming I can wait to get rid of my tummy once I am approved to get into the gym no turning back now

Yeah I have to agree addiction is dependent on the person I think I mean yeah 1 margarita and I'm feeling it 2 and I'm ready for bed time . But for the empty calorie thing I just run an extra mile day after I drink to make up for a fun time, as of right now I drink every fri or sat no problems and I'm down 163 since starting the surgery and 116 since surgery (12-26-12)
