  1. I don't know what my restriction level is. I have noticed that I can eat more in the last couple of weeks. I guess I'll find out when I go in. Thanks for the support! I wish I had found this site a long time ago!
  2. Thanks for the help! Congrats on your success!
  3. I think there is my problem. I was sitting here thinking about what I eat. I have no schedule. I eat whatever. I snack way too much. I think I am a grazier! I need to get examples of what others are eating and try to map something out for myself.
  4. My doc was Adam Smith in Fort Worth.
  5. Hi all! My name is Rhonda, I live in the Fort Worth,Tx area. I was banded in Oct. of 2005. I have not done very well at all. It started with a mucus problem. I had a bad time every time I had a fill. Had to have it taken back out a couple of times. I have a hard time getting anything down early in the day. Then in the evening, when I can get more down , I over eat. I feel like I need to learn how to eat with the band all over again. I have a fill scheduled in June. I am hopping this helps. I lost about 30 lbs originally but, it's creeping back on. Has anyone else experienced any of these things? I would love to hear any feedback and suggestions on getting myself back under control. Thanks!
