  4. Surgery: 1/17/13 Highest weight: 273 Current weight: 172 Height: 5'10" Loss: 101 lbs
  5. New after pic five weeks post plastics. First bikini in 25 years. I'm going to be 50 next year and I'm ready to enjoy my new body. Stats: Height: 5'11" Highest weight: 273 Pre-op: 265 DOS: 255 on 1/17/13 Maintenance: 187 on 10/15/13 (still want to go to 175 but ok in the 180s) Plastics: 183 on 7/21/14 Today: 180
  6. I have Hashimoto's (137mg synthroid) and I consider myself an average loser. I think it depends more on how much you have to lose. The closer you get to goal, the slower the weight will come off. I'm 5'11", started at 265, lost 10 presurg, and have lost an additional 46lbs since then. My surgery was 1/17/13. I've only had one week where I didn't lose (this week!), but I had lost 4 lbs last week and ran a 5K on Saturday, which I think made me retain more Water. Be sure to get your thyroid hormones checked regularly since when you lose weight you may need less medicine.
