I have to have three Protein shakes a day ut its not so bad it doesnt taste bad but the diareah is bad, aim not ven hungry anymore i guess my tomach it used to it, u only had a few days i have to o 7 days, r u nervous? -
My surgery is in two days, Dec 18th, I have been on the pre op diet for 5 days its hard but Im ok, whats bothering me is this horrible diareah, anyone?

I havent been able to figure out how to post either. Good luck on your surgery . Mine is on the 18th ive on the pre op for five days. I havent had issues taking the Protein my issue is i have horrible diareah but i suppose since all im having is liquid its normal are u experiencing this?
