  1. Ok ENOUGH all of you hormonal women lol. This forum should of been over alooong time ago! I know we are all hungry for cheeseburgers but gawd put the claws back in and go have a protein shake lol :-)
  2. I would like to add one more thing, if you are abused either physicaly or mentaly please find the strenghth inside you and find a way out! No one deserves to be treated like that period. And with you losing weight it will not get better I promise you that. I am here if anyone needs a shoulder or friend to talk to, just message me.
  3. The most important thing to do is sip, sip, sip water or other fluids to make sure you stay hydrated. Also you need to walk as much as you can to get rid of the gas pains, also GasX strips help. As for the vitamins thats up to your doctor. Get as much rest as you can as well, that is when your body is healing the most. And also Welcome to the sleeve side :-)
  4. All I can say is don't lose respect for each other. Once its gone relationships will never be the same. I have been married for 26 years so I kind of know what Im talking about :-). When you and your husband got together you loved each other no matter what, right? Dont let your weightloss ruin this. You dont have to wear clothes to show any part of your body to look sexy! What you do have to wear is confidence and love in your heart to show your sexy side. Work it out, come to an agreement when you want to wear something a little revealing.
  5. Congratulations on taking your first steps to becoming a sleever. We are all here for you. Any question you have someone on here will be more than happy to answer. Again welcome :-)

  7. Oh I forgot to mention, wait at least 30 minutes after drinking to eat and 30 minutes to an 1 hour after eating to drink something. I learned that the hard way lol To me its like if you drink with food the drink will go to the bottom of sleeve and the food comes up to your throat and feels horrible.

  9. I think you will be fine :-) As for the full feeling it will go away eventualy. I still get the feeling and I am almost 2 months out. Just make sure when you start on puree that you eat it slow and chew chew chew.
  10. Had some laughs, smiles and some I can't believe people are the way they are. I really hope that some of the people who are here realize that I believe that this forum was started for people who have questions, concerns and to find out how other people were doing with their sleeve. There are just too many negative people on this site. I will say some want to help and some want to make you look and feel stupid. And as for the vets who are sick and tired of the newbies asking questions. Remember you were a newbie once and I 'm pretty sure no one was a smart azz to you like you are to some of the posters here. Good luck, keep your faith newbies it will all get better. Please always remember treat others the way you want to be treated.
