How do i find the mexico forum

Hi hi hi (: !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So, my surgery is Feb 25th, getting super close... eeeek!! I was wondering if anyone is bored and nice enough to make me a list of things I will need in Mexico. I don't know what kind of things they do/don't have compared to the U.S. Anything you wish you would have taken with you? For the surgery in general and to just make your stay more comfortable? Ahead of time, thank you so much. I think everyone is a little nervous before going out of the country and being as prepared as possible sure will help my anxiety (: I will be staying at the MI hospital.

I'm thinking about expediting mine because My surgery is feb 25th and I wont be able to apply/pay for my card until the 8th :/

Thank you all for your encouragement. It makes my heart feel so much better I know I can do this, I have just failed at everything else but I hope with this i will succeed. I'm going to mexico and self paying and I know a lot of people are against that but i really don't have another way. I don't have health insurance so I feel like I really have no guidance. I don't even know how to look for a support group :/ I feel like a lost puppy hahaha

Well... My surgery date is February 25th. I'm so so so excited! At the same time I'm so nervous. I just feel like I'm going to end up failing. I keep praying that God will help me succeed and that I will only have positive thoughts but the negativity keeps slipping back through. As if I'm not battling my own thoughts my mother has to chime in and make things worse. She isn't against me getting the surgery she just thinks I'll fail. I really don't have any friends like not even one and all my family including my mom lives 2000 miles away. My husband and kids are all I have for support and my kids are all 5 and under so I haven't even told them about the surgery. I am really excited but I just feel pretty much alone. How did anyone else battle their negative thoughts or am I the only one that doesn't believe in themself lol. How many people really do fail? Thank you for any and all support!

I haven't had my surgery yet but I'm terrifed of this rule. I always have to drink when I eat because after one bite it feels stuck. I hope after my surgery its not like that :/

I would go to the ER love. Money isn't woth your health. Dehydration + infected wound + fever = emergency in my book. Hospitals have applications you can fill out to help with the bill. I hope you get better whatever you decide.

'What'd you do with your stuff while you were in surgery? That is my biggest concern of going alone...

Hey all, I was wondering if there is anyone that has already been sleeved in Mexico that used a passport card vs. a passport book?? I'm not really sure what the difference is except the card is cheaper. Did anyone have any issues using the passport card? Any input would help a bunch especially from people who have already been there. Thanks
