  1. 38 pounds in two months is incredible! Who cares if the doctor says it's too slow, it's a loss. You by passed 3 major weight gaining holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas) and still managed to LOSE weight! Don't ever let anyone tell you it's too slow, not even yourself. You are doing amazing and soon you will be at your goal Congrats on the 38 pounds love!
  2. Quite frankly I think the diet part is a no brainer. WE ALL know what healthy food is and what a healthy calorie limit is. People fail because they don't change their thoughts about food and about themselves. If you don't believe in yourself, how you succeed at anything?
  3. My mom did the same thing when i told her my plans for surgery. At first it annoyed me because i thought she was just doing it to one up me but honestly hun, some people are scared to do things on their own, and it helps to see someone follow through before they do. Take it as a compliment and be greatful that your mom wants to lead a healthy life. Congrats on your surgery. )
  4. I don't have friends so no worries there
  5. When I was pregnant with my son I wanted chinese food so my mom bought me some and it made me sick so I was mad because I was starving and wanted something else... she said and I'll never forget, "You have food demons" and then she started preaching about Israel and what God says about food. I've heard comments my whole life about having a pretty face or how i should be a PLUS size model. It really does tear down your self asteam but the way I see it is after my surgery, I will use every person that ever hurt me as motivation. For every pound I lose that is 1 comment that I never have to hear again. People make rude remarks because they never knew what it was like to be overweight or because they are overweight and they don't have the courage to step forward and get a surgery done. For me and it may sound a little vein but I'm gonna die skinny or I'm gonna die trying.
  6. I think that it's a personal choice if you want to tell the truth or not and i think it's a very personal matter therefore my answer will be short and sweet. I would just say, "it's personal." No one is going to ask for further exlanation on that.
  7. Thanks love! You are very pretty too )
  8. I definitely won't miss.... Doing my hair and makeup as fast as I can so I don't have to look at myself very long. Cringing while stepping on a scale at a drs appointment.
