    Yes I have actually but like you said in moderation... And not the whole item... Like I would have two chicken nuggets with five fries and I am done. On Fridays I treat myself to one snack like ice cream with half a cookie but I don't even finish the whole thing. Sometimes I eat the bread other times I do not it all depends in my mood, and yes, I have lost weight each week since surgey ... Good luck to you
