  4. I'm so glad it's growing a bit. I was sleeved in November. I take biotin, folic acid and juice plus vitamins. My nutrionist recommended the juice plus

  10. Since you can only get a little protein in. Go for the highest count of protein you can find. Maybe in the morning before you take your head off your pillow take in something. See if that might help you not throw up first thing in the morning
  11. What kind of bread was that? How many grams of protein did it have?
  12. Things have been going well for myself. I went off dairy, sugar and all grains for 21 days. It helped me to get the weight moving again. I'm so excited I've lost 92 lbs. 1 more pound and I'll be in the hundreds. I'm preparing for the country music marathon April 27th.

  15. Is this usual. I've lost 85 lbs. my remaining weight is my stomach or belly. It's still very firm only some loose skin along the sides. Is this fat still or something else will it ever get to where it's just loose skin and not how hard it is now? I'm going for follow up Monday to the surgeon. But was just curious

  17. Try drinking more protein shakes. We also found some healthy beef jerky. I've gone off dairy and wheat for 21 days. And have increased proteins. It makes you search out high protein food
  18. Does it help hair loss or is it just to replace lost nutrients?
  19. My surgery date is Nov. 14th. I've lost total 82lbs. I keep running into stalls. Just recently came off dairy and breads. ( at least for a while) but that helped my stall. I still struggle getting all my water in.

  22. You can still go to a local nutrionist. Insurance doesn't pay for it anyway. It may benefit you to find one and make an appointment. One month out you still struggle with no appetite. But that's normal. As long as you keep hydrated you'll do good. Keep increasing everything slowly.
  23. I forced myself not to give into myself for anything. I pushed myself. I didn't have much vacation time so I was sleeved on Wednesday and went back to work on Monday. So I walked as much as I could and sipped water. I just wouldn't let my mind give in to anything. But just hang in there and do what's best for you :0)
  24. Is it hot on your leg? Don't get scared by all the diagnoses. But just ask your DR's advice
