  1. Even if you don't have much of an appetite drink. Drink water to fill you up. Your appetite will return. You sound like your in your first stall. Increase your water intake. Try walking just change things up.

  3. November 14th was my surgery date. 263lbs day of surgery 210lbs. Today I really think changing things up help the weight loss. I was stuck on only 4lbs for march. Last night I ran 3 miles got a real good sweat on and lost 3 lbs. after a stall in feb. I drank more water. We're also so different too
  4. You all are doing well. Don't get discouraged when it slows down. Our bodies have to catch up to our weight lose. But this gives you a great start to your journey :0)
  5. Do you think perming my hair would cause any damage to the hair? Or will it cause more hair to fall out?
  6. I was sleeved November 14th. I've lost 77lbs so far. I need to lose 65 more. I'm in a 2 week stall right now. Rather frustrating.
  7. You look amazing. It's something the image we still have in our minds about ourselves. It's the same for me. I sometimes feel huge. And have to remember where I started from.
  8. I felt it was like having the baby blues. Get vitamin B complex that helps with your blues.
  9. My summer goal is to get under 200 lbs. I have 16 lbs to go. I'm taking my family on vacation June 9th. So that's when I would like to reach it. I'm just 3 months out from surgery. I'm also hoping to have my best race time for my half marathon in April.
  10. I'm feeling wonderful. November14th was the start of my new life. I've lost 76lbs so far. I'm half way there I need to lose another 70lbs.

  16. I'm also at a standstill. To have a bmi that's not obese I need to lose 70 more lbs. I believe I started out heavier then others. I'm still having trouble getting liquids in. Which is shocking for me because I used to drink 80 ounces before surgery.

  18. Is that the only symptom of acid that you feel hungry?
  19. I did. I went and had Chinese food before my surgery and loved it.
  20. I'm very happy to see Alex that your finally monitoring the site. I post some. But read quite abit and I'm appalled at what people say on this site. Some act like their such experts when everyone has a different road to travel Thank you
  21. Right there with you.. 3 months out. Some days can't control eating the right foods
  22. I'm 3 months out from my surgery. I'm still at time experiencing gas pain. It's not from eating to fast. I feel like I'm just swallowing air. Is this usual? I guess when I'm breathing through my mouth.
