Just have to say that earlier this morning I emailed Quest and asked them if they had samples. I received a response within an hour or two informing me that they do along with a request for my address. I responded and gave it to them and in less than 30 minutes received a confirmation that my samples had been shipped and will arrive in 3-5 business days. I am very impressed - that is fabulous customer service!

I found the petites to be too large. My nut advises against those specifically, saying they are "like stones" and too concentrated, so it's difficult to dissolve. I went with the Celebrate chews - they are quite tasty!

I wish I could eat nuts. I get a weird feeling in my esophagus, like the acid feeling, when I eat just a few almonds and I have to stop.

Good for you! I never had any problems, either. Quite thankful for that since I still don't know if my PCP or insurance would deal with any complications.

What brand did you use? I would also recomend Fiberwell Gummies - I take 3 a day and stopped the Miralax. There is some interesting talk online about how Miralax negatively affects kidneys. I haven't seen any scientific research, so it may all be conjecture. At any rate, I preferred the Fiber remedy versus the drug remedy.

Read your labels with Citracal, not all forms are calcium citrate, despite the clever branding.

Is that the Wellesse brand? I have that, too, but it gives me nausea and I don't care for the taste. The Wellesse version I have also contains calcium phosphate, not just citrate. Why is it so hard to find suitable supplements?!
