  1. Let us know how you like it!
  2. I did at first but it turned into a thick mess. I add milk to it - the serving is so small (30g) that 3 oz. of milk is sufficient. This cereal has been a lifesaver as it is the only thing that keeps me regular.
  3. I had that problem - try Propel Zero!
  4. A serving of Fiber One Cereal every single day!
  5. Like others, I had an amazing experience with Dr. Aceves on 12/2012. Can't say enough good things about his whole team. I had no complications and have not had any nausea or vomiting at all, except for the moment I woke up from surgery and that didn't even last 5 minutes. They still answer all my questions and address any concerns via email promptly. Feel free to PM me, too, with any questions. On YouTube, user lessofsarah has been vlogging about her journey, check it out!
  6. A serving of Fiber One cereal every day really helps me. It has a lot of insoluble fiber. The soluble fiber supplements don't do me any good anymore.
  7. I couldn't drink plain water until about 6 weeks out. Before that I only drank Propel Zero.
  8. I thought my problem was solved with fiber gummies and it isn't. I bought some FiberOne and that is working. The high level of insoluble fiber it has really seems to help me. I hope it works long term.
  9. I just got one! I'll message you!
  10. It's one of those bracelets that tracks your physical activity.
  11. I am getting one today and looking to add friends as motivation. Let's do this!
  12. Getting anxious for an update! Sending good vibes your way...
  13. Such good info here! I am happy to report that I bought a suit and will begin water aerobics in our faculty fitness program at the university I work at when spring term starts. It's only $65 for the 10 weeks, and three weekly sessions that are an hour long. Seems quite reasonable! I can't wait!
  14. Thanks guys for the great ideas!
  15. This is interesting and I am considering raising my carb intake. What range of carbs do you consider decent?
  16. Natrol makes some that dissolve in your mouth. I use those and I bought them at Amazon.
  17. I avoid sugar, too.
