  1. Dont worry about numbers. I know thats easier said than done. You should start to notice clothes getting baggier and moving around is easier. The scale will go up and down. If you have a $hitty scale it may depend how you stand on it. They weight will come off. Stick to your nutritionists plan.

  11. Don't weigh yourself daily. Your body weight will change daily depending on time of day, water weight etc. I weigh myself once a week on the same day at the same time.

    I'd stay away from classes and anything crazy. Stick to the treadmill or bike. Anything else will require to much use of your abs. They need the time to heal. My doc wanted me to hit two miles a day.
