Hi everyone I am 3 years out VSG, I currently live in redlands CA. I go to a support group at Loma Linda once a month but want to attend more meetups formal or non- formal. Im also open to creating a group if anyone wants to start I live around riverside, Rancho Cucamonga , Ontario , Temecula(a little far) but if anyone is interested or knows of some WLS groups please let me know! Hi Nola! Im a pharmacist who was sleeved, the issue would be if you do that most of the vitamin would no longer work because of the PH of the Ingredients. What i would do is find those vitamins as liquid form and drink them like a shot of tequila fast jahaha they don't taste good but I drink mine everyday . I am 3 years out and I also regretted having the surgery the first month I did it, but honestly I feel we all go through a regret phase I can assure you. Now fast forward I am so thankful to have lost 120lbs and can't imagine my life without it. I eat normal now, just keep going it will be worth it! IG: smallbird_vsg -

It's been so long since I've been on this forum! It's 3 years out for me I gained 26lbs back after losing 120lbs. Found out I have a enlarged fundus :/ I lost 6 pounds so 20 more to go to be back to my goal! Im wondering if anyone else gained and what you have done to lose again? I want to lose it myself before doing ashy type revision -

Hi I'm currently living in Las Vegas for school. I'm 23, and 7 months post op . It doesn't matter how long you have been post op, I'm looking to make friends who have had the surgery so we can hang out, support each other and get to goal!

HI guys, I was sleeved Dec 14th I started at 260 and am now 100 pounds down!! only 20 more to my personal goal of 140. I am so so happy with my choice I would do it all over again for the happiness and confidence I have now! -

The best is when people use words I've never had describe me before in my life "look at you your getting tiny!" "Hey skinny mini " and the not so nice ones are " your face is getting pretty" so was it ugly before? And " you look better now, you actually look nice" what the hell does that mean?! I still don't know how to react to compliments sometimes even 9 months out lol- 355 replies
