HELLO ONEDERLAND Ohhh it's so nice to see you.
I was in a 2 week stall, and after my checkup on Tuesday I think my body was like ok. Dropped another 5+ lbs this week, as I was bouncing between 207-203 all during the stall (whew the ups were hard). It's like a staircase, loose, stall, loose, stall, rinse, repeat....

candy - up your calories. I did and it worked - even if you eat CRAP for a couple of days just try to get over 1000 calories... it broke my stall the next day.

Surgery 12/20 Down -50lbs

I had my surgery 5 weeks ago today. I have had ups and downs but I would not change my mind. I have lost 32 pounds and I can play with my young sons for the first time without being exhausted or in constant pain.

I LOVE Dorothy! i told her when I started my journey in July last year that if I couldn't get the surgery before the end of the year (my out of pocket max was met, so it was free) that I wouldn't be able to do it. She pulled tooth and nail and got me in late December.
No I haven't had a chance to go to any of the groups yet.

I tried Zumba for Wii. I have absolutely no rhythm, none, zero, zip, nada...lol. I looked like an weirdo failing around in my living room. I figured I was still getting in a workout even if I wasn't doing the exact moves on the screen..lol. I'd never be able to take a class.

I swear I drank like 6 shakes the first day..lol.I had a headache the first 2 days. It will be rough for about the first 3 days but should level off on the 4th day. Good luck!

I was over weight with all of my pregnancies, and for that reason I was considered high risk. I had to go through a lot of extra testing and had to watch my weight extremely close. There's also a high risk of gestational diabetes.
I had my 4th baby in March '12 and had surgery in Dec '12. My doctor required me to be 6 months postpartum before they would do the surgery.
My advice would be to have the surgery first, lose the weight and then get pregnant. I think it's the healthier option.
