I am 9 months out and find that I am eating more. How many calories should I be eating at this point? I still have 20 lbs to lose. How many calories do you eat and when was your surgery

My doctor at 3 weeks out had me on only Full Liquid diet not moving to pureed until week 4. Try doing only Full Liquid and let you self heal. Week 1 - Clear Liquid Week 2 and 3 - Full Liquid Week 4 and 5 - Pureed Week 6 - Soft foods

I had my surgery 11-27-2012 and every since I get cold flashes especially at night. Before Surgery I was hot all the time. Has anyone else experiance this or know what is from?

I was sleeved 11-27 so six weeks out and the first two weeks I think I lost 2 lbs. it passed and now I have lost 25lbs since day of surgery. It does get better, your body is changing.

Is it okay to add fruit to the protein shake if 4 weeks after sleeve surgery and on puréed food phase. I was not sure about the natural sugar

I was sleeved 11-27 I was 240 at surgery and went to my followup appointment and was 227. It has been two weeks since that follow up appointment and know I am 223. I just started blended food today but before I have been on liquids about less than 600 calories a day. My friends keep telling that it is just temp that my body is adjusting. So I will just go with that. I am trying to increase my walking time to help.

I had my sleeve on 11-17 about day 14. I am on liquid diet with Protein drinks and strained soups. I was out of soup so I drank broth today. I drank 8 oz in about 45 mins. Is that to much? I think I feel full but not sure. I thought I should just drink 5 oz which I thought is the new size of my stomach. Any thoughts?

I am in week two, I lost 12 lbs week one and nothing week two is this normal. I think I gained two lbs since week one. I might have been a little deyhdrated week one but I am not now. I am on liquids and getting in my protein. Not sure what no lose this week. I am a little worried.

My surgery is tomorrow 11-27-2012. I made it thru liquid diet on Thanksgiving cooking for 19 people!!!

My Surgery is scheduled for 11-27-2012. I woke up this morning and think I have sinus infections. I can get to doctor and get meds but is this going to have my surgery cancelled? Has anyone had this happen?

My Surgery date is 11-27-2012 and I start my liquid diet tomorrow. Has anyone else had a revision done and what difference can I expect? I am a little nervous.
