I found this website TopTenProtein and it has a review of the best ten protein. I read every single one of them and it seems as if Syntha 6 is a good one. Has anyone else ever tried the Syntha 6? All the reviews say it taste great, blends well, etc.

I like the #4 from GNC Whey 60. it mixes easily and doesnt have that yucky aftertaste. I'd also add to that list- Premier shakes available at Costco. Good info, thanks

Is it okay to add fruit to the protein shake if 4 weeks after sleeve surgery and on puréed food phase. I was not sure about the natural sugar

Be sure to check out carbs on Protein powder, too. Most of them are for body builders to gain weight. Not what we need! LOL
