I have lost 113 lbs in 8 months.......i eat Protein before anything else.....its a steuggle everday but this was the tool i needed to stay on the right tract......i used to always be hot and sweaty (gross!).....now i am freezing all the time......LOVE that! And this week i noticed that my thighs no longer rub together....i now have a gap there now! My fav new this is being ableto cross my legs.....friggin awesome feeling! ♥

I was sleeved nov 21, 2013.....am down 106 lbs....feel amazingggg!

I haven't tried them all, but the unflavored Proteins I did try made me realize that "unflavored" did not mean "without taste". They reminded me of the smell of my hamster cage when I was a boy. Glad I like chocolate.< /p>

good luck, boo!!! i have a bsn (been in critical care for 18 yrs)......i am 2.5 wks post op and have lost 31 lbs already.....this is the best thing you can do for yourself and your career......you will feel soooo much better......keep us posted!!!!!

i have no problem with any of it.....keep up the great work, guys!!!! no one understands what we are going through but us........new clothes is like a graduating to the next phase!!!!

i too, am over 2 weeks post-op and have lost 31 lbs since preop......my clothes are looser (i always wore my clothes too big)......although i still havent gotten my endurance back, i wouldnt change a thing.....i can eat whatever i want, just jot much.....so nice to eat without guilt.....soooo weird! love, love, love my sleeve!!!!!!

Do NOT let then talk you out of it. They probably don't understand all the diets you've been on, the guilt, the self hatred, etc that you're going through.
They may have raised you but now YOU are in charge of you. If your life story turn out crappy, you can't blame them, only yourself. Don't let anyone take it from you.
I read a quote last night by "egg face" (she had wls) that was PERFECT for me.

The first say of liquid diet pre op I had a dream about Gravy. Mounds and mounds and fountain of gravy. And I was on top of the fountain and couldn't reach it. Also I had a dream about Creme horns (that fluffy pastry with white cream in the middle) and I was sitting in a round room I was in the middle, there were tables and tables full all around me. But I had no arms or legs and couldn't grab them......
Wonder what a dream analysis expert would do with that?

Mission accomplished I still make bad decision but in small amounts and I work out 5 days out of the week the best part is running again.
