  1. DON'T DO IT!!!!! You will only regret it afterwards. Even if its ok by now what with the surgery it's still going to kill you! 7 weeks without one is amazing and you no longer 'need' the nicotine. Now it's just all habit, and a really really bad one!
  2. 300 calories for 20g of protein? Not for me but glad you enjoyed it.
  3. I am three weeks out and that's all I think about too! Today I got a severe case of the slimes from taking my pills and I honestly thought I was dying! I called my husband at work and told him I was dying! He wasn't very happy. We have since figured out it was just the pills stuck and that caused it but I was so scared I had a leak.
  4. Lasagna cupcakes made with wonton wrappers, ricotta, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese. They are yummy!
  5. Oooh I feel a love connection! ^^^ oh yeah, what he said.
  6. Oh yeah, I coughed up blood for 12 hours after surgery. You just had your stomach removed! Pretty sure there will be some bleeding!
  7. Hmmm I'm going to have to check that out. It definitely would have helped today if it works!
  8. Aha! My surgery was 11/07/12 so I wonder if its just about that time. My husband is stopping on his way home for a pill cutter! That was absolutely terrible!
  9. What? You just drink the meat tenderizer? What's that supposed to do?
  10. Thanks for this info. I'm going to go and check these out! I never want that experience again!
  11. That's a very good plan! I'm going to be chopping mine up into teeny tiny pieces from now on! Three hours is too long to suffer because of a pill! Never again!
  12. I was never weepy and emotional either. I was just an absolute raving lunatic b***h! My husband wasn't happy!
  13. Yeah it was the worst experience I've had yet! I just started sipping hot tea to see if that'll get it down but I'm scared to eat anything. I don't want whatever I eat to get stuck on top of the pill.
  14. It's definitely ketosis and its definitely gross! I have found the Tums Freshers are fantastic! They are really minty, help with nasty tummy and are full of calcium! Win, win, win. My question is does it ever go away?
  15. Maybe you need more than one a day or need to try a different med. call your doctor and ask for something stronger.
  16. The surgery has probably messed with your hormones. You sound like I used to be before I got treatment for my PMDD! See if its just a time of the month thing or if its all the time. Talk to your doctor about it if it continues.
  17. OMG!!!! I was just going to post this same thing!!!! I was feeling GREAT this morning until I took my iron pill too! Now I've spent the last two hours sliming and vomiting. I wish it would go one way or the other, not just sit there! This is awful! Off to find some chewable or liquid versions of all my meds!
  18. It's exactly how Sleeve of Steel describes it! It's so gross and the worst feeling ever. You so want more than just the mucous to come up but it doesn't!
  19. Hmmm, that's interesting about the Zyrtec. I might have to try that. My nausea is horrible in the morning and gets a bit better throughout the day. I'm going to try drinking hot tea in the morning too. Thanks for the tips.
  20. Hey Lux, how'd it go at your surgeons? How are you feeling?
  21. I was told 7-10 days and they would fall off. How far out are you?
  22. I didn't have this surgery with a cold but I had shoulder surgery with a horrible cold. Recovery was not fun but you'll be resting anyway so you'll be ok. Good luck.
