  10. I have had lots of luck with Unjury. I like the unflavored with milk and instant coffee, and the chocolate is really good too. They offer a sample pack on their website.
  11. I have had the exact same problem. SLOW LOSER I guess.
  12. I think I need to put the scale away. It's just that you hear of so many big losses right away, and then the weight loss slows down. Thank you for your replies
  13. I am six weeks out of surgery. My stats are 5'3" and current weight 211. Since I went off the pre-surgery liquid diet I have never eaten more than 600 calories. I am taking my vitamins, drinking water, getting all my protein in and working out on my elliptical every second day. I initially lost 6 pounds on the pre-surgery diet, and have only lost 11 pounds since. I am so disappointed. As of this week I have gained 2 pounds, so now at 213. I have hypothyroid and PCOS. Is anyone else losing this slowly? So sad.
  14. This was WAY too familiar to me. I had a very similar experience on my third day out and had no idea what to do. I am now regularly drinking a small glass of prune juice daily and it seems to help. I do want to share that I got the best text of my life when I told my Husband that I had achieved victory...........RELEASED THE CRAPPEN!! lol
  15. I had my surgery on Tuesday the 16th. I came home after one night, and have not needed any pain medication. The first couple of days were really hard to get liquid in, but today is day 5 and I really do feel great. I am drinking up to a cup of water an hour, and about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup of protein shake. I'm not tired, although I was a little emotional. I wish you good luck, and a speedy recover! I was scared to death before, but I feel good now
  16. I am glad you asked the question, because I am 3 days post op and looking for the same information.

  18. I'm 40 years old, from Canada and am going in for my sleeve on October 16. I have followed my liquid diet completely, and am excited and very nervous about my surgery. I have PCOS and Hypo Thyroid, and am hoping that this will finally set me free so to speak. My top weight was 243, I am now 225. I wish everyone health and success!
