I had surgery in Tijuana Mexico and my doctor was Dr. Fernando Garcia. I paid $4700. It was cheap, he was good, the place was clean. If that's all that matters than this is the place. However: I was sent home with NO pain meds which would have saved me from the following four days of absolute torture. By the time I found out I should have been prescribed pain meds I was already over it. I was also sent home with NO Vitamins or even SUGGESTIONS of which ones I should or shouldn't buy. Maybe asking your Mexican doctor if he/she provides these VERY NEEDFUL things will prevent you going thru what I had to go thru.
