  2. Lol, well sign me up to the silly camp too! Because I'm doing the same thing somedays. I'm glad yesterday went well I'm right there with you coming down of all the carbs I had last week.. Have a good day I will be eating only protien and veg today also
  3. It looks beautiful Macy. And the road looks like you won't get squished by a car like you would here!

  7. I don't eat bread that often... But I've had it. This last week I had some French bread with goat cheese. I've also had a half of a sandwich on a French roll a couple of months ago when I was on a hike. I'm not sure if I could eat a whole sub but I know I could eat some of it if I wanted. Oh ten months out... Oh and nazi is not a nice word
  8. For me it was about the 4th month.. It eased up around the 6th month mark or so.
  9. Lol when you put it all that way it's sounds so bad!! I didn't notice bad body odor or breath (lol hope nobody else did either) but these things are so minor compared to all you will gain from this surgery I don't feel like I'm going to die from a heart attack at least once a day anymore! Oh and I occasionally sneak in the juniors department to shop
  10. Hi, and sorry to hear your having such a hard time! Some of us had a real easy transition from stage to stage (sleeves of steel) others like yourself don't get so lucky, but know you are still early out and things will get better! Even though I had an easier time at a month out things still were not great, nausea sometimes drinking was hard. Hang in there go very slow with your food and eat no more than 1/4 cup at a time until it gets better Oh and I find it I drink a poweraid zero a day it helps with not only getting necessary fluids but also some potassium and electrolytes And not dizzy as much
  11. Lisa I got the request and I'll approve you as soon as I can I will send you a pm when it's approved
  12. The hair loss was hard! Even though I knew it was coming it was always my best feature So it devastating to see it everywhere but my head! I was so happy when it finally slowed down. At 10 months I can't say it's all back but it's looking a bit better. Oh I took all my supplements and protien
  13. Cathy my weight is holding steady between 155 and 156 for weeks now. I'm ready to get serious again and try to move it down.
  14. Happy fast day M2G. Cathy my day is a feed day too but I'm being a good girl with carbs. I went off the rails last week and want to get things under control before my fast tomorrow.. Oh M2G I saw your test results. Look pretty good if you ask me
  15. Lol! You mean son of a beep! Don't you know that picture was taken as I was pouting?? I was feeling fat unhappy about my weight as I wa getting ready to go somewhere. And I happen to see myself in the mirror and what I saw was not the same as what I was feeling.. So I guess your right I was arguing with myself Ok 8 on the bike hoping to get two more in later with the treadmill
  16. LOVE THE NEW PIC!!!
  17. Sorry that you have to endure that pain. Families can be more hurtful than the the worst school yard bully without even realizing it.. Wishing you well on your upcoming surgery Laura
