  1. BRALESS? SHIRTLESS?? Omg that would of been a deal breaker for me! Oh it would of been less than "not pretty" if I did it! But really what were they expecting we are fat and out of shape! I'm dying on my treadmill and I'm 6 months out and 64 pounds down... You sound like a strong woman and I'm sure you will do great at this
  2. You mean the responses I give full of misinformation and suggesting to others that its ok to do stupid dangerous stuff at 2 days post op? Oh! I forgot the
  3. 6+ months out Breakfast; premier Protein shake/ 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter Snack 15 grapes Lunch; 2oz low sodium turkey, 1 tablespoon hummus, 1 slice provalone cheese on a Kim's magic pop Snack; Fage 2% plain Greek yogurt/ 1/4 cup blueberries 1 Splenda Dinner: ? Edit dinner 3 oz chicken 1/4 cup shredded cabbage/carrot mix 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt dressing
  4. At this point I think part of it is that your stomach is numb from having the nerves cut and you are not feeling any fullness yet... I drink premier shakes too and trust me I'm full after! Can you have broth?? I wound think If you can already drink shakes broth would be on your list?? If so either make homemade because canned sucks! Or go to a take out place and order a broth based Soup (not creamy yet) and ask for mostly broth then go home and stain it. Much more satisfying than canned or bouillon.
  5. What kind of protein shakes are you drinking?
  6. You just have to do what you have to do.. That means following your doctors orders. I know it's hard but you need to look at this part as NOT A DIET, it is making sure you stomach heals from major surgery. Just think about the fact that they went in there a couple of days ago and cut and burned off most of your stomach then stapled it back together threw a couple of stitches in and now are waiting for it to heal back together and over the staples...
  7. If you go to the fitness and exercise section here you will se a lot of people use and like them.
  8. I need to do more reading. but the 500 calorie days are supposed to represent a quarter of our normal daily calories.. Assuming we are eating 2000 calories a day? So that part might have to be tweaked because I don't take in that much. My only other issue is on the eat anything days? Do I trust myself to make mostly wise decisions.. But I'm going to read more about it to make sure I really understand it.
  9. I've never been sick or thrown up or anything! I get jealous of those with the emergency shut off system!
  10. Well I'm doing it on the treadmill... I looked at the treadmill version and it was a printout? Right? About the same thing I think...
  11. Hey coops what do you think of the fasting diet NannieG was talking about?? It sounds like its working well for her. I just don't know about doing that much manipulation of daily intake...
  12. Yum I love smushing cake and ice cream together!
  13. Just remember to prod me again tomorrow!
  14. I weight my food too and always pick the lighter one...
  15. Girl what kind of fat person are you that you don't own a scale?? But really somedays I wish I could chuck mine out of the window, but I'm terribly OCD and I have my scale rituals...
  16. Ha! And I finally said "yes you can come down and drive me" ( didn't really need her I have a perfectly good husband at home) So the crazy b***h (gotta love her) shows up on my front porch the morning of the surgery, with not 1 but 2 platters of Cookies in her hands and a cookie hanging out of her mouth because she was "starving" I really don't know how I got fat...
  17. You had mushy smushy after purée??
