Anyone tried it? Thoughts? Help with loose skin or weight loss?

If you go to the fitness and exercise section here you will se a lot of people use and like them.

I stared wearing them at the suggestion of my wife. It helps to train and keep excess skin where it belongs. I'm fairly new but will report periodically on my results,

Bought an under armour shirt n shorts yesterday. Ill see if any changes.

I used to sell Under Armour. Its purpose is to wick moisture and compression. The benefit of compression is that it compresses the muscles & restricts blood flow to the muscle covered by the garment. This helps reduce muscle fatigue. I don't know that compression garments help with excess skin other than it holds it all in.

Not that I'm aware of & I'm quite sure Under Armour would have mentioned that to me. I trained their product for 13 years. But I love it & I'm so glad I can wear it now.

Oh well i can always use the benefit when lifting

The compression gear I am talking about is a male version of spanx. It is an elastic shirt which fits close to the body. There is also a male version of a girdle.
