  3. I would assume this soon out, puréed chicken must of filled you up!? If you're still full. you should put off your shake. Really at this point the most important thing is to keep your liquids up.

  5. The bougie sizes are used as a guide for the doctor when removing your stomach. As far as getting a "bigger" or "smaller" sleeve the difference between the ALL bougies sizes are really, very small.. Everyone's stomach is different, some are small, some are long. So even two people using the same size bougie can have different capacities after.. And as far as "getting one as small as you can" If your stomach is made to small there is a greater chance of long term problems.
  6. It's so refreshing to hear that a doctor let you know that this was likely to happen and is completely normal! I wish more would send this info home with their patients. It would probably alleviate a lot of worries..
  7. Kicking the carbs after vacation is hard to do, But you just have to do it! cut them out. Keep it simple eat your protein and veggies. It took me a good two weeks to feel in control again...

  9. Sign me up to the lack of sleep stress eating club. I had really hoped that by now I would of had a better handle on it... It's not that I do it often, because I really don't as much now a days. Its that it's still have the struggle. I have to fight still. I succeed a lot but it would of been nice to have at least one bad habit totally behind me.

  17. Judge? It's the one "rule" I break every morning It's funny I always drank black coffee before now I like to put stevia and a drop of milk or two sometimes...
  18. Damn you that sounds good! I grind my Beans at home every morning half decaf half regular Columbia beans this week..
