    Hi, you can also google the 5 day pouch test. I have heard great reviews about this and just started it today. I am currently 18 months out and just need to switch things up a bit. Hope this helps and good luck.

    Leaving the hospital after a 2 week stay with an ulcer and abscess. My surgeon is sure he's got this one licked...I feel bad for him sometimes because we are on first name basis......
    But with everything in life there is a price. And I am almost at goal and happy about that.

    Thanks so much for the advice. I will try that. You know I have been working out really heavy and that's when I hit the plateau. Havent lost anything in 2 weeks. So i will try that. thanks again.

    I would have to say the hardest part is taking the first step but once your going, you definitely feel when you miss a day! Lol, I don't think I've ever known someone who complained AFTER a workout! Good luck!

    I just finished week 11 of p90x. I love it. Didn't do so great eating right during the holidays but I am definitely stronger and can see definition because of the workouts. The time commitment is huge though. I bought the p90x3 to do next. Looking forward to 30 min workouts. way to go!!
    You never would've convinced me that I would be finishing p90x a year and a half ago lol

    I'm losing- very slowly still. I hate shakes and they all made me throw up (literally I tried everything one can buy online or in a box store with no luck) at 6 weeks my dr had me supplementing with bars- I had one for Breakfast this morning because I was volunteering at 7:30 and didn't wake up in time. I'm 14lbs from my goal and 2 from the surgeons, so we will see what it takes to get there. I still eat carbs (trust me)- I just don't indulge in a lot of them. I had a chick fil a waffle fry today for goodness sake!

    I'm down 102lbs. SW: 248, current 146. I had a long stall that finally broke in August. I'm 16lbs from my goal.
    My size 10's are falling off of me and I need to go buy some new pants! Depending on the brand I'm a small,med or large (why oh why can't things be sized more evenly?!?)

    I hit ONDERLAND today!!!
    Nov. 5th surgery. Weight that day: 280. Starting weight: 292. Current weight: 199!
    I hadn't seen a 1 in over a decade!

    I can't believe how much my life has changed since nov 12... Highest weight was 233. Today 154! Never thought I would see the day. This Summer has been so fun, dating and wearing size 10 white jeans! Someone pinch me! The only real downside is the saggy skin and deflated boobs... But nothing a good bra can't fix! I'm not going to complain about that! cheers to all the success of my fellow November sleevers!!

    Sleeved Nov 14 and I've hit my goal of 80 pounds! Actually 81 pounds as of today. I'm so happy!

    Hey Hey Hey, just checking in. I was sleeved on 11-13-13 SW 263, my current weight is 185. I feel wonderful and love My new body. Glory be to God for giving me the courage and strength to do this.

    I completely agree - Nordstroms is a great place for bra shopping. Wacoal and Natori and my favorite. A good bra can do wonders. I am (fingers crossed) having the mommy makeover in July and can't wait!!

    Thanks so much for showing this - I am planning on a lift with a small implant - just to get back to my 36C that I had been, I also want to have the choice to wear a bra or not - if I go thru all the discomfort I want Perky!!!

    Here it is June already. Finally broke my month and a half stall. Down another 4 lbs. I guess 6 months is not the end thank goodness.

    Here's a recipe for high Protein Peanut Butter....it's very tasty..........
    Recipe #1: All-Natural, Time-Released, High-Protein Peanut Butter
    Ingredients

    3 Tbsp All-Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter
    3 Tbsp Water
    1 Scoop vanilla BioTrust Low Carb Time-Released Protein powder
    Stevia (to taste)

    Directions

    Mix all ingredients with a spoon in a bowl until smooth. Voila! Makes 2 servings.

    Nutrition Facts per serving:

    173 calories
    18g protein
    12g fat
    8g carbs (5g fiber)

    Eat it off the spoon (Mmmm), spread it on a piece of sprouted grain bread...use it like you would any other peanut butter...only now it's SUPER peanut butter

    Recipe #2: High-Protein chocolate Peanut Butter

    In the mood for that Reese's taste but without all the calories and sugar? Just take the above recipe and swap out the vanilla Protein for chocolate BioTrust Low Carb protein. Talk about delicious! Peanut butter cup goodness!

    Recipe #3: Cinnamon Raisin High-Protein Peanut Butter

    Here's another fun (and delicious) twist to the original high-protein peanut butter recipe above. Just add a heaping tablespoon of raisins along with cinnamon (to taste) to the original ingredient list. Talk about delish!

    You girls are so awesome to one another. Remember we are all human, it took us a while to get ourselves into the unhealthy place and the bad habits aren't going to go away right away. I agree, tomorrow is a new day, Just start fresh like you know you can. I haven't had my surgery until April 9, but Getting the Water and Protein in sounds like the ticket to slim vile. You can do it, we all believe in you, so you have to believe in yourself!
