Thanks any advice is helping me.

I had my surgery 8/6/12 starting at 370. As of today I'm weighing in at 277. I know I have lost a lot of weight, but its still more to lose. I'm going to take all the advice I can get. If you need more information I'm willing to share.

Thank you, its just hard working fulltime and going to school fulltime.

I need motivation, I have relayed and need help getting back on track. I'm stuck at 270 and I know why. But do anyone have and food suggestion and workout plans.

Sorry to say, but before I got into a relationship I had a friend that I called lol

I don't have no busniess saying this, but you damn right lol. I was lucky to find my boyfrined, but hell it was hard lol.
