Have you ever seen an actual surgery? I have a video of mine and the liver really isn't over the area they actually cut. Yeah its in the way that's why they retract it, Its less than a 1/4 over the actual stomach.
But hell if your doctor says drink liquid so your body's immunity goes down or "shrinks your liver" do what he says. I had a state of the art, up to date doctor who did not require anything of the sort.

I saw these. I figured I could make it at home with less chemicals and carbs.

I was told to quit taking my b-12 because my levels were so high.. All other levels were perfect at 3 months... I am 99% compliant with my Vitamins.. like most, I occasionally miss a dose but it's rare that I do.
