1. You should have at least a few hours between. I take my first dose around 9 am and the other dose around 4 pm.

Losing Slow At Very Beginning?

Add me to the slow losers list, surgey date November 19th, down 32 since then. Ship I guess I'm averaging 10 pounds a month, but I lost a lot the first month, so the past 2 months I think I lost about 5-7 pounds per month. I'm hoping that even though I'm a slow loser it continues at this pace, I don't think I could take it if it slowed any more!

gained weight

Thanks for all the support! I know that I need to stay away from the scale but especially when I've gained weight, I'll weigh myself every day waiting for those pounds to go away. I will the my hardest to not weigh myself and to let go. I think my main issue is that I still believe that the sleeve won't work for me like everything else and that I'm going to fail, so me weighing myself everyday is my way of "keeping tabs" on myself. I am going out of town for a few days next week, so that will give me a break as well. Thanks for all the replys, this site has given me so many answers and support throughout my journey!

gained weight

I am about 11 weeks out.
5. It's not my time of month, let me just get that out before you ask. I was losing a pound a day for 3 days. Then this morning I had gained them all back. WTH!?!

frustrated

My starting weight was 268 so I have about 130 to lose . My surgeon wants me to be losing 20 a month, I'm not even close to that.
7. I haven't weighed myself in a week and when I stepped on the scale this morning I dropped a whopping 1 pound! Wow! My surgery was November 19th, and I'm only down 26 pounds I feel like I'll probably be a slow loser, but I can't help getting frustrated. Anyone else out there lose slow at first and then speed up?

artificial sweetener?

I was reading an article online the other day about weight loss and the reasons the weight isn't coming off as quickly as it should. They mentioned artificial sweetener raising your insulin which makes your body hold onto fat. Anyone know if this is true? Any input?
9. I am 8 weeks out, down 25 pounds. My surgeon is disappointed with my weight loss, he thinks I should be losing 20 pounds a month. I'm thinking I'm just a slow loser. My day of surgery weight was 268 and I'm not down to 243. The good part is that I've lost quite a few inches. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I'm slow in the beginning but that I'll speed up soon.
10. So I'm about 6 weeks since surgery, and I'm sick hungry all the time! When will the evil gremlin go away? I thought that getting the surgery would help me with my hunger but so far it hasn't changed. Any words of advice or experience?

constipation

Yes, I let them sit in my protein shake overnight that's why I was confused why I was getting dehydrated. Is it maybe because I chew them, instead of just swallowing them?

constipation

I've been eating prunes. I eat about 3 every day, and I've been good to go ever since. I tried chia seeds, but they dehydrated me really badly even though I drank extra water.
