I drink a glass or so of coke zero in a week. I have No problems with it. I can eat pretty much everything except salad (which I miss )and milk. I just only eat a few bites then I'm full. I was sleeved 3-25-2013 I'm down 70lbs! Sent from my iPhone using VST -

My requirements were pretty much the same. I had two Nutritionist visits and a phsyc eval. And the only pre-testing was blood work a week before my surgery that's it. I have united healthcare. Sent from my iPhone using VST -

Funny someone brought this subject up. I just told my husband last night it looks like I'm melting. I'll be 4 months out on the 25th. Lost about 55lbs. My face is ok it's my arms. Ugh! Their awful :-/ Sent from my iPhone using VST

Well I know there's the dreaded 3 week stall. Dont get discouraged. Think of it this way there's no way you can't loose weight with the amount of food we eat. I remember my Dr telling me that your body will try and hold on to the weight because it thinks its starving. But it can only hold on to it for so long. I would also try taking maybe milk of magnesia to help you with the #2 problem. I'm almost 4 mounts out and don't go to the bathroom very much also. Good luck to you! Sent from my iPhone using VST -
