Congrats to you!!! Very nice pics. I am on this journey 10 days postop, its very challenging but I'm ready for it. I am also trying to talk my partner into doing it .

Hi, I'm waiting on my first apt with surgeon. My BMI is about 35 and hoping he will consider a sleeve after 12 years of failed lap and. I live in Australia
I am 45 and live with my amazing (and Whippet slim) girlfriend - have 5 children between us!
I am more scared 'coming out' about my otential surgery than telling people I am a lesbian.
Everyone has such a strong opinion and hideous stories of people requiring liquid diets forever or months and months of intravenous food.
My fingers toes and everything in between is crossed I am eligible.
My partner is amazing and supportive. She tells me she adores me as I am but I do not like myself and Sam concerned for my health.

That is wonderful! My dad had the surgery and its been a blessing to have someone close to me that's going through the journey. Best of luck to you both!

I'm 3 mos out and have similar problems. I think mine is in my head though. I'll eat a piece of prime rib no problem, then get nausea eating a plain piece of chicken.< /p>
