I hate hate hate water now. I don't like the thin consistency .... Would rather drink milk, protein shakes....coffee

Maybe it's due to how fast u are losing? I've only lost 40 since my 7/24 surgery and haven't noticed any hair loss and I haven't been the best at getting in all my protein or taking my biotin daily. I have no idea if that's a valid theory
