I'm thrilled with my results but I feel I get dehydrated An congats on weigh lost I know it is not easy and yes I try my best to be good and eat right but I so love cookies one ir two. Funny thing I really didn't care for then before the surgery

Yeah I don't drink enough either. Still get dizzy sometimes. I try to make sure I get 20 ounces in a day and that is a challenge. I could never drink 64 ounces!!!'

I hate hate hate water now. I don't like the thin consistency .... Would rather drink milk, protein shakes....coffee

Depends on the day. Today I am not very hungry. I'm 10 months out.

That is awesome! I am 16 months out and still cannot eat large quantities. I think this surgery is absolutely amazing and has wonderful long term results!
