I am a month out now and recently I have noticed that I feel sick after I take my vitamins at night. It only happens at night and I dont know why, it feels like my stomach and throat are burning and I feel like throwing up a lot to so is it just reflux or what?

So I have had some trouble with getting enough exercise at home and I talked to my nurse practitioner today and she said I would be allowed to do karate since I am 4 weeks out now so I am joining tomorrow. Anyway I was wondering what are some of your most favorite ways to exercise?

Hi and congrats on getting your sleeve, you can be off of work up to 2 weeks or you can go back before 2 weeks if you'd like and the first 6 to 8 weeks really depends on the person I think you can loose any were from 3 to 7 pounds each week as for me I loose five pounds a week but I have heard of some people only loosing 3 pounds or 4 a week so yea it really just depends on the person hope this helps and good luck

Ok I was just wondering. I was on YouTube lookin at how other ppl have dealt with there sleeve and one guy on there his name was mrsmileyfl he had made a video blog for other patients and I was wondering do you all thing it would be a good idea to do one from a teenagers perspective and just incase you didn't know I'm 14 so yea haha

Don't worry I'm only 14 and I had the sleeve done on the 21st of last month I love it I'm 3 weeks out and down 16 pounds ask your surgeon how many deaths they have had, mine never had one just be sure to bring that question up when you see your surgeon next Good Luck I hope you love your sleeve as much as I do

I'm 3 weeks out and I'm down 16 pounds since surgery I'm loosing about 5.5 pounds each week

K so I am 3 weeks out and my dietitian is stressing that I need protein. I can have cicken and stuff like that now but I still need protein shakes are there any that you like that are flavored in other flavors like no chocolate, vanilla or strawberry also how can I get more exercise

Vitamins are VERY important you need to start them really soon

I'm 3 weeks out also. I get my water and protein in both by drinking special k protien water. It taste really good and it really just became a habit for me try that and see if that works my favorite is the pink lemonade

At my 3 week appt. today haha lost 16 pounds and loosing 5 pounds each week
