Im new to this site and forum. I will be sleeved 10/29. Prayers are appreciated. Hope to find people to go through this journey with.

In all probability I will be starting the liquid diet in a month or so and I am thinking it's going to make me crazy and miserable! Any suggestions on how to get through it and good recipes to use will be appreciated!

Hang in there and congrads. My date is 10/29 and this week I hve drank 64oz Water daily, walk 10 min. I eat lean cusine twice daily. No sweets, coffee or chips oh I eat every 4 hours. Hopefully this will help when I go on my 2 week Protein prior to surgery. Must admit not to bad.

So, I have a date of Oct 24th- unless the doc doesn't like the way they have scheduled his day. Here's hoping it works.
Anyway, I am on Day 1 of the Pre-Op diet, and I hope these two weeks just fly by. Just trying to get the clearance for surgery and whatever else I have to do.

Do u think misery loves company? Maybe the heavier ones you r telling r critical because if you lose weight you won't be one of "them" anymore. Maybe it's just simple jealousy.
