  1. Hi, RSW; my goal weight was 160 and about 3 months ago I was stalled at 170. I would gain a few lbs then lose 'em. Then I started the Insanity workout and just like that, my weight started to fall off again. Now I have passed my goal weight (I'm at 157) and have set a new goal of 140 lbs. non processed protein, vegetables and fresh fruit is what I regularly eat. I do slip now and again but I get right back on track. That's the important thing, never give up trying. Good luck and hope this helps.

I've lost 23 lbs so far. I'm happy with this so I wonder if this is the average?

Fellow Dec. 18th Sleevers, had my doctors appt today. All is Fine and I return to work tommorow (no restrictions). Also I can excercise with no restrictions. I think it's too early but, I'm excited to start working out, and getting back to my work routine. Good luck too all.
  9. I'll be using my regular blender until the Nutri Bullet I ordered gets here.
  10. I had the sleeve done Dec. 18,2012. Comming out of surgery I had immense pain all over my chest and body. It was very difficult getting up to walk around the hospital. I started to really regret what I had put myself through. Knowing there was no undoing this, just made feelings of regret worse. The next morning my Doctor came for a visit and told me he almost decided to call off the surgery when he saw 2 tumors on my stomach. He decided to go ahead with it and take those 2 masses out at the same time. In Doing this he had to make my sleeve a little smaller than normal; this made my taking in liquids and now foods more difficult; but I am really glad he did it. My next appt is next week when he'll tell me what those masses really are: meanwhile I have lost 15 pounds so far, so this journey is ongoing. This whole experience also had an unexpected effect on me. I feel very humbled and am appreciating my family more than ever. So no matter what pain I went through or what other thoughts may come to my head, I know I'll never again regret having the gastric sleeve.
