The heat from this debate has definitely died down, but now it seems you are fanning the embers....maybe not intentionally, but still...

Read the 6th? Paragraph down and he puts a caveat in there and he says "based on feedback from this post" He clearly states that the little bit he added to his original post is based on some feedback on that very post. How do you perceive this to be deceitful when he clearly states what he has done?
I don't think I either completely agree or disagree with what he has posted but I get the feeling that you disagree and are just T'd off...but idk

@sleevmaster. Sorry, I feel no aggression so apologize if it feels that way. It is my opinion! that's all. Will help those who feel the same way and we are all different. I do list sources. They are from my mom my brother, my brother's bariatric surgeon best friend and my surgeon and my nut.. Not trying to stir any pot, but I read a lot of the posts and too many people are really driving themselves nuts. Prob helps to know that some docs put you on foods on day 2, meaning, don't worry about cheating. .Many have written on here and agree. That's all. I'm a motivational speaker and trainer by trade, so that's probl where you are getting my confidence/perceived arrogance from :-)

I originally was scheduled with another doctor sent him a deposit and everything and backed out. I don't know I just got this weird vibe anyway I was glad I did because someone that was there at the same time had complications with that doctor. She was afraid to post negative about him but I am so glad I did not go to him and that I had that intuition about him.

Also I have the HDHP Choice Plus. My MS meds put me at my deductable January every year. So if the surgery happens in the next two months it will cost me $100.

I just received my approval from UHC this past Monday...waiting on a sugeon consult and trying to come up with the $3800 out of pocket expense...But I'm still very excited,

Hi, I am still going through insurance approval, and have mostly decided on the sleeve.
Has anyone who has been pregnant after getting the sleeve done had trouble losing the baby weight after the baby was born? How much weight did you gain during pregnancy? I am perfectly fine with the pregnancy weight gain but don't want to end up back where I am now.

By the way....is your daughter betrothed yet? She's a super cuttiepie! How's she feel about adorable red heads? We could throw in a trust fund if we have to...and definitely a dog!

Very worried about losing too much and fearful of not losing enough. Some days think that I am crazy. I have an ideal weight for myself which is not what my doctor has listed in my chart. I have no desire to be stick thin. Fear of the post weight loss lollypop look keeps me in a state of terror.

Losing too much weight
Having too much money
My car being too fast
All problems I think I could live with.

I have united health care and they covered everything and I didn't need 6 months diet either.

My insurance also not required 6 months pre op diet. I have united healthcare.
