I will officially be 1 month post op tomorrow. Feeling great ever since the surgery... im lucky that I had no pain.. no trouble eating or drinking. Im really enjoying me again. I have a long road ahead but im ready for it. Here is my 1 month post op pic... now this does inclue my 2 week preop. I started at 353 and today im 317. Thats 15 from preop and 21since surgery. (Hopefully I will down even more tomorrow) so for the biggens like myself. .. theres hope!!!! Now.. this iant glamor shots.. so excuse my looks hahaha. Well I just bought 2 boxes of the quest bars.. panut butter and cookie dough flavored.. they had such a good deal. I got both boxes and shipping for 38. About $1.60 each.. I hope they are good. Do u know how far out we should be b4 we can eat them?

There ya go.. next time eat your bigmac and wash it with some semen. .. extra protein. Its like.. eat extra protein and thatll subract some of the grease points

Next time wash it down with a milkshake.... itll help it pass thru faster

Took pain meds first day in hospital a cpl times.. next day I hit the morphine pump 2xs.. then nothing after that. Not even a tylenol. Thats made me more nauseous the the sleeve/gallbladder surgery itself. ...anyways I was driving 2 days postop

I also believe that it doesnt have much to do with the nicotine per say.. more to do with strengthening your lungs and getting your body in shape for surgery

I would looooove ro be down almost 60 lbs in 3 months!!! Thats 20lbs a month.. hell keep that up and thats 100lbs in 5 months

I am at 3 weeks post op.. never had a problem with water intake.. protein intake.. nothing. Throughout my pureed stage I could manage anything but always measured out 1/4th cup. Im now on soft foods and im eating 2-3 ozs of food usually 3 times a day and 1 protein shake. So I will say thats much more than 4-5 bites.

Also had my gallbladder removed while I had my sleeve 3 weeks ago.

I am going to try to eat every 2.5-3 hours or so starting off my morning with a protein shake then 4 small meals after that.. usually about 3 ozs... I just start to get hungry ar that time BUT quickly goes away after a lil food

Forget about head hunger for a minute... 2 days out of surgery I would get what felt like hunger pains.. someone told me to take generic prilosec.. I calles the drs office and told them ide get hunger pains and she said its mostly likely acid churning.. so I went and bought some medicine and a couple days later it stopped... I know it was acid .. it was confirmed with hot yellow runny poo for 3 days post op. Anyways.. I am now 3 weeks post op to the day. I still take my antacids but I do get hungry. I was onpureed food and of course it didnt fill me up.. its drinking ur food basically. So today I started mushies and im hopeing since im eating food with more substance thatll subside. .. ok head hunger I know the difference and it isnt generally ur belly being empty and growling.

10lbs in 2 weeks is great! Dont over expect and u wont be dissapointed. Not everyone loses at the same rate either so keep that in mind... if u werent huge... like myself... to begin with it may be slower. 10 lbs in 2 weeks though??? When was the last time that happened?
